We as Malaysian company, have an understanding with the I.R.Iran housing ministry  , to develop housing project in iran, we located the Land and this land is reserve for our company to do the development.

Currently we have a project in Poolad Shahr New town, 25 kilometers to the southwest of Isfahan; it is located on a 42-hectare land Known as D5 in the city master plan.  The plan allows building of 3,000 units in 12 story condominiums, 5 story apartments, and single and double story Terrace houses.
